Mu Shop Gift Cards

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Issuance

   • Mu Shop Gift Cards are available for purchase online at mushop.com.au or in-store.
   • Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD)

2. Redemption

   • Gift Cards can only be redeemed at mushop.com.au.
   • To redeem a Gift Card, enter the unique code at checkout. The code is case-sensitive.
   • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds, except as required by law.
   • If the total purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

3. Validity

   • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited.

4. Balance Inquiry

   • Gift Card balances can be checked by contacting our customer service team by contacting us at sales@mushop.com.au or call 1300 599 539

5. Non-Refundable

   • Gift Cards cannot be refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Limitations

   • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
   • Promotional discounts or offers cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.

7. Fraud Prevention

   • Mu Shop reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or suspend its use if we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

8. Changes to Terms

   • Mu Shop reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to Gift Cards purchased after the revised terms are published.
